Description
Our cattle are 100% grass fed, grass finished. We do not feed any grain, hormones or antibiotics. We harvest animals anywhere from 18 to 26 months old, allowing the animal time to mature naturally and provide a high quality beef. Grass fed, grass finished beef has extra nutritional value including additional omega 3s, vitamin E and linolenic acid. Our cattle are treated with respect and care. We focus on soil health and water quality incorporating rotational pasture grazing and fencing animals out of ponds to protect water quality. We use Santa Fe Trail Meats in Overbrook, KS for our harvesting needs. If you buy a quarter or half, we allow you to work directly with the butcher for your cut sheet and we pay for processing.
